Coastal Margarita
Bright and refreshing with a subtle herb and jalapeño kick. A lighter take on a margarita with a West Coast twist.
- 4 oz Bezel Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave
- 2–3 jalapeño slices
- 3–4 cilantro or basil leaves
- 1–2 oz club soda
Lightly muddle jalapeño, herbs, and agave. Add lime and wine then stir. Strain over ice and top with club soda.
Optional: half salt rim.
Garnish with a lime wheel, herb sprig and jalapeño slice.

Crisp and herbaceous with cucumber, basil, and citrus. Clean, fresh, and deliciously drinkable.
- 4 oz Bezel Sauvignon Blanc
- 3 cucumber slices
- 3–4 basil leaves
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 1–2 oz club soda
- Optional: Tiny pinch sea salt
- Optional: Additional garden herbs like dill or thyme
Lightly muddle cucumber and basil, then add lemon, simple syrup and wine… and a tiny pinch of sea salt if you like. Stir. Strain over ice and top with club soda.
Garnish: cucumber ribbon and fresh basil.
Sauvy B Spritz
Citrusy and effortless, with a wine-forward feel. A simple spritz made for daytime chilling.
- 4 oz Bezel Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 oz sparkling lemon soda (Italian-style, lightly sweetened)
Build over ice in a wine glass. Stir gently.
Garnish with lemon peel or a sprig of lemon verbena.

- 2 strawberries
- Orange peel strip
- 2–3 basil leaves
- 0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup

- 3–4 blackberries
- 1 bay leaf
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1–2 oz club soda
